Lancaster County is just a short drive from Philadelphia, America's fifth largest city, approximately a 90-minute drive. New York City is only a 3 hour drive and Washington DC, 2 1/2 hours. Serviced by Amtrak, your family members can sit back and relax, if they choose, as they travel via rail to a place where many think time stands still. The rolling farmlands, scenic surroundings and beautiful countryside present a perfect setting for your next family reunion.

Home to the nation's oldest Amish settlement, with a history that pre-dates the American Revolution, Lancaster County offers an escape to simpler times. While making Lancaster County your temporary home for a long weekend reunion or an extended stay, consider day excursions to surrounding areas of Hershey, Gettysburg, Reading, York, and the Brandywine Valley. Local receptive tour guide services will customize unique family reunion itineraries that specifically appeal to your group and the activities that bring your family together.

Accommodations:
With over 6500 hotel rooms, 130 bed and breakfast properties and more than 100 fabulous dining options, your family will be sure to find all that they need. And to top that off, the attractions such as Hersheypark and Dutch Wonderland will be a definite inclusion in your program. Evening entertainment options include more than seven live, comedy, broadway and inspirational theatre options.

Special Promotions:
Family reunion groups that book ten or more rooms the first two weeks of July receive specialty ball caps and discounted tickets to a local Barnstormers ballgame. Special reunion packages include meals, amusement park tickets and an onsite hospitality room at the hotel of your choice, for your group to gather, socialize and get reacquainted. Call us for more details. We look forward to helping you with your plans!
